Connor Gropp brings extensive experience in commercial locksmithing to his role as lead locksmith and director of sales. He specializes in property management systems and the maintenance of commercial security products, working with top brands such as Schlage, Yale, Sargent, Corbin, Best, Von Duprin, Kaba, GeoKey, and more. Over his career, Connor has supported a diverse range of properties, including hotels, schools, churches, restaurants, and hospitals, ensuring their security needs are handled with expertise and care.
Locksmithing is more than a profession for Connor—it’s a family legacy. His father, a general contractor, built custom homes featuring bespoke doors, staircases, and cabinetry. His younger brother is a licensed locksmith in North Carolina and serves as a locksmith for Appalachian State University. This family tradition has instilled in Connor a deep respect for craftsmanship and the critical role of security in people’s lives.
Outside of work, Connor enjoys cooking meals for his family, cheering on Appalachian State football, and following NASCAR. He also cherishes trips to the mountains, where he creates lasting memories with his loved ones amidst the beauty of nature.

With a background in framing and carpentry, Dan is also an expert at modifying doors, ensuring every installation meets the highest standards. His hands-on skills and attention to detail make him an invaluable member of the team.
A Florida native from Jacksonville, Dan enjoys spending his free time outdoors. Whether he’s riding four-wheelers and dirt bikes, hunting, or fishing, he brings the same passion and dedication to his hobbies as he does to his work.
